Ben Eller, M.Ed

Mental Health Therapist

My helping journey began over 30 years ago.

I have worked with thousands of children, adolescents, and young adults. I have helped people with neurodivergence, learning difficulties, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I'm open to working with anyone interested in building a life that is resilient, grounded, and peaceful.

My style of mental health therapy is built on decades of hands-on experience as a coach, mentor, teacher, and advocate for children and families. These experiences have shaped how I work:

I meet people where they are, and believe that real change happens in genuine connection.

My expertise is working with children, teens, and adults living with anxiety disorders, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and neurodivergence. However, through my many years as a teacher an coach, I also connect parents who feel like they are struggling, individuals who are facing major life transitions, and challenges with personal identity.

I deeply understand the needs of children. From my long-time career as a coach and teacher—along with my own experience as a father—I know how to support parents with neurodivergent children. I know how to offer you space to feel tired, overwhelmed, unsure, and frustrated, while also celebrating your wins, your child's growth, and your building confidence as a parent of a high-needs child.

I approach therapy with compassion, respect, humility, humor, and a commitment to flexibility. My sessions are engaging, evidence-based, and oriented toward skill-building and insight, not just supportive talk. I use multi-modal, integrative therapeutic approach that creates flexibility to meet each person where they are.

I pursued my passion to help people through achieving a Master of Human Development & Psychology from Harvard and a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling form Merrimack College.
