Sarah's mission is to expand the availability of compassionate mental health services. By offering contract positions, supervision, and training to early mental health clinicians, Sarah can actualize her goal to help as many people as possible.
By placing therapists as priority within her practice, Sarah can empower her team who pass forward peace and centeredness to their clients.

Position Description

Receive weekly supervision to attain hours for full licensure.

Receive professional coaching on establishing sole. proprietorship and creating a private practice.

Preform assessment and diagnosis according to the DSM-V.

Establish general treatment plans to create a measurement toward change.

Provide individual/couples/teen/children therapy sessions.

Receive guidance on implementing various therapies including parts work based in IFS, bilateral stimulation, and somatic techniques.

Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Submit daily insurance coding.

Maintain up to date knowledge on new therapies and treatment modalities.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in social work/mental health counseling.

*Candidates MUST BE SEEKING LICENSURE IN MASSACHUSTTES.

Proficiency in clinical counseling techniques.

Investment in learning somatic based therapies and practice techniques.

Pre-licensed LMHC candidates need to receive 75 hours of clinical supervision from a licensed LMHC. Sarah can offer 125 hours of supervision toward licensure.
Compensation and Benefits:

Mental Health Clinician
Sarah is always open to clinicians who align with her practice and are interested in part-time or full-time fee-for services-psychotherapy
Sarah offers free supervision toward licensure and free monthly training which will include 1.5 hours of CEUs toward LICSW licensure.

I am passionate about empowering mental health clinicians to access their best selves through compassionate supervision and training.
I believe in clinician-first within the supervisory space. If we, as healers, are prioritized, we can then bring our peace and centeredness into the therapeutic relationship.
Mental health therapy can be fulfilling and also challenging, especially for those of us who carry personal traumas. Yet, our deepest wounds can become our greatest assets. My personal journey toward healing is an ongoing endeavor. However, as I access Self-Wisdom, I become a more impactful and compassionate clinician and supervisor.
