I'm so glad you're here.

I believe that we all deserve to feel at peace with our and limitations. I believe that a mental health clinician's commitment to self-love and compassion is key to best serving our clients. On this, I dedicate my work to supervision consultation, and spiritual guidance.

Why I What I Do

I have been in the field of clinical mental health for eighteen years. Throughout those years, I have served my clients to the best of my ability, supporting them through the most difficult times in their lives.

Yet, the core of my drive is my personal survival story. I have deep compassion for survivors of severe trauma, and I want to support their journey to healing and fulfillment.

Mental health therapy is not only the client's journey to healing. We, as clinicians, must also walk the path to self-discovery. Along our way, we learn from our clients, we can embrace ourselves within the therapeutic relationship, and unify our fragmented parts to become the impactful therapists we want to be— Spirit, Mind, and Body.

To Mental Health Practices

I support mental health practices through compassionate clinical consultation, reflective guidance, and trauma-informed education grounded in both clinical expertise and lived understanding.

I collaborate with clinicians, supervisors, and organizations to strengthen clinical care through case consultation, treatment guidance, diagnostic insight, and support with complex trauma and dissociation.

My work may include reviewing complex cases, supporting the nuanced treatment of trauma and dissociation, assisting with ethical documentation considerations, and helping practices build systems that foster compassionate and effective care.

Additionally, I provide team training and supportive clinician-centered workshops. Workshops aim to address vicarious traumatization, peer support, counter transference and more.

Through consultation and collaboration, I aim to help clinicians and practices feel more confident, connected, and supported in the care they provide.

Spirituality in Clinical Workspaces

As an interfaith seminarian, I guide individuals toward a comprehensive, practice that integrates spiritual awareness.

Clients experience profound grief as they process the losses resulting from trauma. A personal sense of is a vital component of healing.

Additionally, many survivors have been victimized by religious leaders, institutions, or cults. This type of religious trauma is often overlooked, or clinicians are how to guide clients toward a new sacred perception of spirituality.

Spirituality enables clients to access the deepest, wisest parts of themselves, allowing the greatest losses to embody meaning and facilitate healing.

Embarking on a spiritual journey invites us to explore our somatic sensations and the hidden wisdom that resides within our body-mind. Through this journey, we can access the unseen gifts that only bloom after the darkest nights of the soul.
