Sarah Dionne

MSW, LICSW

Consultant, Supervisor, & Trainer

Providing psychotherapy can be both fulfilling and challenging. We, as mental health clinicians, can also embody parts that hold trauma, which can be activated in the sacred space of therapy.

By embracing all aspects of the self, clinicians can discover the power of self-compassion to create peace of mind and rejuvenated energy. In this center, we can offer reciprocal healing to the clients we serve along with team unity in practice environments.

Meet Sarah

Smiling female clinical supervisor and spiritual guide wearing glasses and a light pink top, standing confidently in a warmly lit hallway.

Mental health therapy is not only the client's journey to healing. We, the clinicians, must also walk the path to self-discovery. Along our way, we learn from our clients, we can embrace ourselves within the therapeutic relationship, and unify our fragmented parts — Spirit, Mind, and Body.

I'm so glad you're here.

I believe that we all deserve to feel at peace with our challenges and limitations. I believe that a mental health clinician's journey into self-love and compassion are the keys to best serve our clients. From this foundation, I dedicate my work to supervision, consultation, and spiritual guidance.

Why I Do What I Do.

I have been in the field of clinical mental health for eighteen years. Through those years, I served my clients to the best of my ability. Now I am called to share my clinical expertise and lived experience to guide fellow clinicians. Through their adept hands, we can reach more people in need of compassionate support.

In this way, I aim to uplift humanity one person at a time. Together we can make our reach exponential.

Feel free to set up a virtual consolation to find out how I could support you or benefit your practice.

It would be wonderful to hear from you.

To Mental Health Practices

I provide the supervision needed to meet regulations and support your team's holistic clinical development to treat complex trauma, C-PTSD, dissociative disorders.

Providing supervision and consultation is one of the most fulfilling parts of my work. I love to witness the growth therapists experience along with supporting practices to thrive.

My goal is to guide teams toward confidence  in working with clients with complex trauma and dissociation. I guide teams toward their strengths, abilities to navigate mistakes, build a deeper understanding of case conceptualization and diagnostics, and develop skills needed to manage their documentation.

Through group supervision, I can foster a supportive team environment, offer evidenced-based training, experiential exercises, and group processing.

Spirituality in Clinical Practice

As an Interfaith seminarian, I guide clinicians toward a comprehensive, compassionate practice integrating spiritual awareness.

Clients experience profound suffering as they process grief, complex trauma, unwanted life changes, and more. These experiences bring forward existential and spiritual questioning that clinicians are often not trained to address.

I provide concrete methods that meet clients where they are as they wrestle with questions about life and death. With spiritual understanding, clinicians can support clients' journeys through the most painful periods of their lives.

Spirituality enables clients to access the deepest, wisest parts of themselves, allowing the greatest losses to also embody meaning and empowerment.

The most painful experiences hold the potential discovery of our greatest joy and fulfillment. Embarking on a spiritual journey invites us to explore our somatic sensations and the hidden wisdom that resides in our body-mind. Through this journey we can access the unseen gifts that only bloom after the darkest nights of the soul

A Message To The Clients We Serve

"I have experienced and navigated many difficult challenges, living a story that was complex and chaotic. There were times when my experiences seemed like they defined me.

Today, I know different.

My dear friend, you are capable of profound change. I see you—your pain, your current place in life—and I acknowledge where you are right now. From where you stand, we can begin to forge a path toward the life you deserve to live."

CONSULTING

All of my endeavors come from deep compassion derived from two sources — eighteen years of witnessing the profound resilience humans embody and my personal spiritual journey through complex trauma.

As a consultant, my mission is to guide clinical teams to become empowered and purpose-driven. I also enjoy offering supportive services that make workflow more practical and manageable.

I am dedicated to improving the lives of others—clinicians and clients alike. Through practical, sustainable clinical solutions, I cultivate cohesive, compassionate environments that better support clinicians and elevate client care.
