About The Sacred Circle

Soulful Circle is a quiet, calm space to support women on their journey toward healing. Sarah draws from both current somatic therapies and ancient modalities, including yoga, sound, mindful practices, and more.

Soulful Circle is held once monthly for three months. Each group cycle is limited to six members to ensure everyone receives the space and attention they need.

Through this experiential process, women will begin integrating the fragmented self—parts that hold our deepest sorrows and heroic strengths. Women can encounter their bodies, which they may have felt disconnected from, in a safe and held environment.

Through integration, women can begin discovering the answers to their most painful questions and begin an intentional and empowering journey.

About Sarah

Sarah Dionne has been a spiritual seeker since childhood and has always felt a need to discover a deeper meaning to life. Today she focuses her work on trauma-informed therapy for women.

Sarah has experienced profound and complex trauma. Throughout her life, she was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder because much of what had occurred early in her childhood lived in her body without any conscious memory.

Later in life, Sarah recovered memories that revealed the truth. Finally she was able to fully understand herself, her life-long challenges, and begin a painful and powerful journey toward healing.

Sarah deeply understands the challenges of living with complex trauma and C-PTSD. She has over eighteen years of experience in mental health and expertise trauma recovery.

Sarah also understands the spiritual impacts of trauma— deep fractures within the soul that often go missed in traditional therapy.

Sarah's mission is to guide women to their own, self-defined version of self. She firmly believes all women have innate abilities to heal:

"The answers lie within our True Nature and Wisest Selves. We all have access to these; Yet, often we need help wandering through the pain, navigating the confusion, and feeling into the body, which will lead us to our personal freedom."
