Soulful Circle is a unique therapeutic group specifically tailored for women living with complex trauma and C-PTSD. 

It is held in a peaceful home setting at Life Centered Therapy in Waltham aimed to deliver a safe and centered environment. 

Within this group, you will be offered sound experiences, gentle yoga, guided imagery, and therapeutic guidance to utilize along your journey

Groups are two hours, run once monthly in three-month cycles, and limited to six participants per cycle.

Members must have an individual therapist to ensure they have a safe space to continue their journey between groups. If you don't currently have a therapist, Sarah will have referrals for you prior to beginning the group cycle.

Everyone will be asked to complete a survey before the group to ensure they will have the healing experience they are looking for.
