Julie Grebenau
Mental Health Therapist

I aim to be a collaborator who creates space for you to find your way in the best way for your body, spirit, and mind.
You may have felt like you’ve had to hide parts of yourself. I practice from the stance of “all parts welcome.” Every part can be witnessed when you are ready. I work with expressive arts therapy to discover what your heart is drawn to. This can be a good starting point for seeing the bigger picture of what is in your life.
We don’t just communicate with words — we do it movement, sound, imagery, and more. silence is welcome in the therapy virtual room because I know that you are still communicating, and I welcome you exactly as you are.
I value consent and many questions, especially in the beginning, to ensure I am clear on your boundaries and needs. I also prioritize accessibility and making accommodations for all bodies and minds.
All I ask from you is to bring your honest self to the session. We can meet there and decide together, with you in the driver’s seat, where the session will go. I look forward to meeting you in your world.
